"Am I supposed to be more sexy like them?"

We all know Kendall Jenner as the long limbed stunner that graces the catwalks of Chanel, Victoria's Secret and Fendi (to name a few).

But what we didn't know was that just like the rest of us, Jenner went through body image issues.

In an interview with The Telegraph she revealed she used to compare herself to her sisters, which initially knocked her confidence.

"Growing up being this little twiggy girl, I saw my sisters and always thought, 'Oh no am I supposed to be more sexy like them?'

"My sisters are a lot curvier than me; they have boobs and I don't have boobs."

The supermodel went on to say that she's "not necessarily a lot like (her siblings)" and has separated herself from her older half-sisters Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian, as well as younger sister Kylie Jenner, in many ways.

"I almost felt like I didn't fit in for a part of my life.

"I'm not necessarily a lot like them."

We all know the ending to this fairytale though. Jenner overcame her body confidence issues and is now the world's highest-paid model, according to Forbes.

In a recent whirlwind 24 hour trip down under to help open the new Tiffany & Co store in Sydney, The Daily Telegraph reported the model earned a whopping AU$500,000.

"I like that I have a different vibe to everyone.

"I like to do different things. And that's OK."

Kendall also took a moment to celebrate her family's success and cited hard work as key to their longevity.

"We're a very female-heavy, work-driven family," the brunette beauty reflected. "We all work really hard."
