Kristen Stewart Has Weighed In On Robert Pattinson Playing Batman
“I feel like he’s the only guy that could play that part.”
Robert Pattinson is shedding his Twilight rep once and for all by taking on the role as Batman.
While the Brit has well and truly moved on from his Edward Cullen days, some things never change. Including our obsession with him and Kristen Stewart.
True, they broke up ages ago and have both moved on with their professional and romantic lives, but we still love the idea of them together. Better still, we love the idea of exes supporting each other, which is exactly what Kristen has done.
While promoting her upcoming movie Seberg at the Toronto International Film Festival, Kristen was asked what she thought of Rob’s new Batman role.
"I feel like he’s the only guy that could play that part. I'm so happy for him. It's crazy. I'm very, very happy about that. I heard that and I was like, 'Oh man!' It's awesome,” she said.
Kristen also agreed that RPatz has the “perfect cheekbones” to dapper Bruce Wayne and don the bat mask.

But Rob isn’t the only superhero in town. Kristen recently revealed she would like to play a gay superhero.
Anthony Mackie, who plays Falcon in the Marvel Cinematic universe and co-stars with Kristen in Seberg, agreed:
“I think she should be the gay female Falcon Captain America,” he said.
To that we say: yes, please!
