Carl Williams' daughter, Dhakota forced out of Melbourne home

There is a long outstanding family debt.

Daughter and widow of drug lord, Carl Williams will be forced from their Melbourne home that was left to daughter Dhakota by Carl's father, George. 

The property will be seized and sold by the Australian Tax Office to settle a family debt.

Roberta Williams had appealed to stop the ATO selling the house however failed.

The house is worth over $1 million but the debt still owing to the ATO is $740,000.

The Supreme Court also deemed Roberta had no claim to the house back in March. 

In appealing, Roberta argued a deal had been made by Carl with Victoria Police — a part of which was to wipe George’s tax debt — for information about a series of gangland murders.
